What is reiki and what happens at my appointment? You can sit in a chair, or lie on the beauty bed, covered in lovely, cosy blankets, relaxing music in the background and just relax, go to your happy place, you have to do nothing at all, just be. Reiki is an energy healing where the practitioner gets heat from their hands, it can be hands on or off, the reiki energy still flows to where it is meant to go. the treatment should encourage your body to do its own healing, if need be. I usually get some intuitive messages during a treatment and can pass these on if the client wishes to hear what was mentioned. Sometimes nothing at all comes up but at the very least, you should be feeling rested and relaxed afterwards and in the days following. Get intouch to discuss further or for booking info. Prices start 30minutes £25, 1 hour £45, BLOCK BOOKINGS 5 sessions x 30MINS £100, or 5 sessions x 60MINS, £200 to be paid upfront, at time of booking or at 1st appointment.
